OmniPresence LLC Chargeback Disclosure and Billing Acknowledgment

Read This Before You Complete Your Purchase

This disclosure explains OmniPresence billing practices, no-refund policy, and chargeback policy in plain English. You are required to acknowledge this document before your account is activated.

What You Are Agreeing To

The trial. You are starting a 14-day free trial. Your payment details are being collected today. You will not be charged until Day 15. If you cancel before Day 15 you pay nothing.

The billing. If you do not cancel before Day 15 your subscription starts automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected. Your subscription renews automatically every billing cycle until you cancel.

No refunds. All payments are final. OmniPresence does not issue refunds for any reason. You have a 14-day free trial to evaluate the Platform before being charged. That trial is your opportunity to decide.

Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not trigger a refund of any amount already paid. You keep access through the end of your paid period.

After cancellation. You have 90 days to export your data. After 90 days everything is permanently deleted. No extensions.

Our Chargeback Policy

OmniPresence maintains complete records of every signed agreement, every purchase, every service delivered, and every instance of Platform access associated with your account. These records are compiled automatically throughout your subscription. If you file a chargeback OmniPresence will dispute it immediately with your card issuer, submit your complete evidence package including your signed agreements with timestamps, your full purchase and billing history, your service delivery and platform usage records, your login and activity history, and all communications between you and OmniPresence, and pursue recovery of attorney fees and costs if the chargeback is determined to be frivolous or brought in bad faith. Filing a chargeback does not cancel your subscription. To cancel use the cancellation process in your account dashboard.

Acknowledgment

By completing account registration I confirm that I understand OmniPresence charges my payment method automatically on Day 15 of my trial and at each renewal. All payments are final and no refunds are available under any circumstances. I can cancel anytime but cancellation does not trigger a refund. I have 90 days after account closure to export my data after which it is permanently deleted. OmniPresence disputes every chargeback with complete documentary evidence. Filing a frivolous chargeback may result in OmniPresence seeking recovery of attorney fees and legal costs. This acknowledgment is stored permanently in my account record.
