OmniPresence LLC Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

OmniPresence LLC operates the OmniPresence platform at myomnipresence.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with your use of our Platform. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide: Account registration information including name, email address, business name, and phone number. Payment information processed and stored by our payment processor Stripe — we do not store full card numbers. Profile and business information you add to your account. Content you create, upload, or publish on the Platform. Communications with OmniPresence support.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically: Login records including date, time, IP address, device type, and browser. Platform usage data including features accessed, content created, tools used, and sessions. Transaction records including every purchase, subscription event, and billing cycle. Content interaction data including course progress, community activity, and scheduling activity. Technical data including error logs and performance data.

2.3 Information From Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party services such as Zoom, social media accounts, or payment processors, we receive connection tokens and basic account information from those services as necessary to provide the integration. We do not receive or store your full credentials for third-party services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, operate, and improve the Platform; process your subscription billing and communicate billing information; authenticate your identity and secure your account; screen accounts against applicable sanctions and watchlists as described in our Terms of Service; run automated content monitoring to detect prohibited content; maintain records of your agreements, purchases, and platform usage for billing dispute and chargeback defense purposes; send you platform updates, service announcements, and support communications; and comply with applicable law and respond to legal process.

4. Data Isolation and No Cross-Brand Sharing

4.1 Your Data Is Yours Alone. Each OmniPresence client account is completely isolated. Your data, your clients data, your content, and your business records are not shared with, visible to, or accessible by any other OmniPresence client.

4.2 No Cross-Brand Sharing. OmniPresence does not share your data with its affiliated brands or entities, including but not limited to LoveRestored Method LLC or Yancey’s Marketing Agency LLC. Each brand operates independently with no data sharing between them.

4.3 Automated Content Scanning. Our automated content monitoring system processes content you create and upload to detect prohibited material as defined in our Terms of Service. This scanning is automated. Flagged content may be reviewed by OmniPresence staff for investigation purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to this processing.

5. Record Retention for Dispute Defense

OmniPresence maintains a comprehensive per-client record file containing your signed agreements, purchase history, service delivery records, platform usage logs, and communication history. These records are retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of your last transaction for the following purposes: defending against chargebacks and payment disputes; responding to legal claims or regulatory inquiries; demonstrating compliance with our Terms of Service; and fulfilling legal obligations. This retention policy was disclosed to you at onboarding and acknowledged in your signed agreements.

6. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances.

6.1 Service Providers. We share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, including Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, and similar infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.

6.2 Legal Requirements. We will disclose information when required by law, court order, or valid legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm, report illegal activity, or protect the rights and safety of OmniPresence, its users, or the public.

6.3 Mandatory Reporting. As stated in our Terms of Service, certain categories of prohibited content trigger mandatory reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. When such reporting occurs, relevant account information and content will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities.

6.4 Business Transfer. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of OmniPresence, your information may be transferred to the successor entity subject to the same privacy protections described in this policy.

7. Data Security

OmniPresence implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission via TLS, encrypted data storage, access controls, and regular security monitoring. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

8. Your Data Rights

8.1 Access and Correction. You may access and update your account information at any time through your account dashboard.

8.2 Data Export. During your active subscription and during the 90-day asset collection period following cancellation, you may export your content and data using the Platform export tools.

8.3 Deletion. Upon expiration of the 90-day asset collection period, your data is permanently deleted as described in the Terms of Service. You may request earlier deletion of specific data by contacting support@myomnipresence.ai, subject to our legal retention obligations.

8.4 Florida Privacy Rights. Florida residents may have additional rights under applicable Florida privacy law. Contact us at support@myomnipresence.ai to exercise your rights.

9. Cookies and Tracking

OmniPresence uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time with 30 days notice to your registered email address. Material changes will require re-acknowledgment at login. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
