OmniPresence LLC Prohibited Content and Conduct Policy

This Policy Is Not Fine Print

This policy is presented to you as a separate, standalone document because it is important. You are required to read it in full and acknowledge it explicitly before your account is activated. Your signed acknowledgment is stored permanently in your account record. Violations of this policy result in immediate account suspension, content lock, investigation, permanent ban, and in serious cases mandatory reporting to law enforcement.

1. Weapons and Violence

Instructions for explosive devices, bombs, or improvised weapons of any kind. Illegal firearms manufacturing or modification. Biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons of any kind. Content promoting, glorifying, recruiting for, or instructing mass violence, terrorism, or assassination. Instructions for attacks on infrastructure, government facilities, or civilian targets.

2. Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances

Manufacturing or synthesis instructions for illegal drugs or controlled substances. Drug trafficking operations or distribution guides. Content designed to facilitate illegal drug sales, distribution, or transactions of any kind.

3. Sexual Exploitation

Any sexual content involving minors — reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement without exception. Non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind. Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or grooming content of any kind. Explicit pornographic content of any kind.

4. Human Trafficking

Content facilitating human trafficking, forced labor, debt bondage, or modern slavery. Recruitment, transportation, harboring, or control of persons for exploitation. Content targeting vulnerable populations for any form of exploitation.

5. Hate Speech and Extremism

Content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or any protected characteristic. White supremacist, Nazi, or other extremist ideology content. Content designed to incite violence against any individual or group. Content supporting, recruiting for, financing, or glorifying designated terrorist organizations.

6. Fraud and Financial Crimes

Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment programs. Money laundering operations or financial fraud training of any kind. Phishing schemes, identity theft facilitation, or credential harvesting. Counterfeit currency, documents, financial instruments, or credentials. Unauthorized use of another persons identity, likeness, or intellectual property for financial gain.

7. Cybercrime

Malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code of any kind. Hacking tutorials targeting unauthorized system access. DDoS attack tools, coordination, or facilitation. Dark web marketplace operations or facilitation of any kind.

8. Illegal Surveillance and Privacy Violations

Stalkerware, covert tracking tools, or unauthorized surveillance of any kind. Doxxing — publishing private personal information about individuals without consent. Content designed to facilitate stalking, harassment campaigns, or targeted abuse.

9. Impersonation and Deception

Impersonating government agencies, law enforcement, military, or regulatory bodies. Creating or distributing fake credentials, certifications, licenses, or professional designations. Fraudulent misrepresentation of identity or qualifications for financial gain.

10. Platform Integrity Violations

Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension, ban, or Platform restrictions. Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platforms content monitoring systems. Coordinated inauthentic behavior including fake reviews, manufactured social proof, or artificial engagement. Using the Platform to target, harass, threaten, or harm other OmniPresence users, coaches, or their customers.

Enforcement

Tier 1 — Immediate Suspension and Content Lock. Upon detection of potentially prohibited content or conduct, OmniPresence will immediately suspend the account and lock all content and data. The account holder will not be able to access, modify, delete, or export any content during the investigation period. This content lock is intentional and serves to preserve evidence.

Tier 2 — Investigation and Outcome. OmniPresence will investigate flagged accounts and content. Investigation outcomes may include reinstatement if the flag is determined to be a false positive; permanent ban with content deletion if a violation is confirmed; or referral to law enforcement if content is illegal.

Tier 3 — Mandatory Reporting. The following categories are always reported to the appropriate authorities without exception and without delay. Any CSAM reported immediately to NCMEC and law enforcement. Credible threats of imminent violence reported to law enforcement. Terrorist content or known terrorist association reported to the FBI and relevant agencies. OFAC sanctions violations reported to the U.S. Treasury Department.

Acknowledgment

By accepting these Terms at account creation, I confirm that I have read this entire Prohibited Content and Conduct Policy, I understand what is prohibited on the OmniPresence Platform, I understand the enforcement consequences including immediate suspension, permanent ban, and mandatory reporting to authorities, I agree to comply with this policy for the duration of my use of the Platform, and I understand this acknowledgment is stored permanently in my account record and may be used as evidence in any dispute, chargeback, or legal proceeding.
